Every student room is furnished and equiped with a kitchenette (refrigerator/freezer section, microwave and double cooking rings). 2 showers and 3 toilets are provided per 14 rooms as well as one communal area.
These luxury rooms were first used in the 2004-2005 academic year. They have a contemporary modern and new interior.
