Filmtheaters
Residence Filmtheathers, situated in the Brabançonnestraat in Leuven, is a student residence built in 2013 with 109 student rooms divided over 2 buildings. Groep T and the Social Sciences faculty of the University of Leuven are located just a few blocks away.
This student residence has 109 rooms which are divided over two buildings, connected by a base where two common kitchens and a relaxation area are provided. In addition, students have a courtyard with patio with benches. All rooms are equiped with private bathroom with shower, toilet and sink. 30 parking spaces, 114 bicycle slots and a separate area for waste management in the underground car park will limit the nuisance in the neighborhood.
The building also has a permanent caretaker. At the rear of the building, a work of art was made by the Ghent artist William Cole (1957). The project was developed by developer Hecta from Waregem. Contractor Jan De Nul was responsible for the execution.
